This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make any kind of purchase from Encompassing Music LLC.

We use Stripe as our payment processor. When you provide payment details (credit card or bank account information), those details are transmitted directly to Stripe. When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information via Stripe, arranging for any shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

- We use Matomo Analytics in a privacy-friendly configuration (self-hosted, with IP anonymization and no cross-site tracking). This allows us to understand traffic patterns without using third-party advertising cookies.
- We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure ad performance, understand visitor behavior, and deliver relevant ads on Meta platforms. This may involve “sharing” personal information (such as cookies, IP address, or device identifiers) with Meta for cross-context behavioral advertising. Under U.S. state privacy laws (including California’s CPRA), this may be considered “sharing” personal information. CURRENCY CONVERSION NOTICE
By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. We do this so that prices display consistently in your local currency.
