REFUND POLICY

Once you subscribe to one of our plans that we may offer from time to time, we in turn commit to our service providers to pay them for computing capacity and services to cover your usage during the time span of your purchased subscription.

If you subscribe to a day pass (single day subscription), once activated, it will run up to 24 hours or up to 3600 seconds of accumulated platform processing time (whichever comes first). There can be no refund for unused activated day pass time, nor a refund on ununsed pre-purchaed day passes.

If you wish to cancel a monthly or annual subscription you may do so, however the subscription will continue to run until the next renewal period.

As an example, monthly subcriptions will run until the next monthly billing and which point it will expire.

If you subscribe to an annual plan to get a reduced monthly rate, you can't cancel after a few months to effectively get a reduced monthly rate via a refund.

The conditions of our Refund Policy prevail in the case of miscommunication or otherwise. By subscribing, you acknowledge your understanding of our Refund Policy.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
